Rimmel Apocalips: Review

Hi there!

I'm back again today with another review for you, this time it is a make up product which i absolutely love so much so I'm so excited to review it for you! As you can probably tell by looking at the title i am reviewing the rimmel apocalips lip-gloss/lipstick? The colour i am going to be talking about is shade 101 celestial as it is my favourite!

  

When I first brought this i was little unsure because i can never get on with lip glosses because they are sticky and when you go outside your hair gets stuck to your lips making you look really attractive. But i still brought this and i was amazed when i first tried it! I love the packaging it looks so much more expensive than what it actually is. This product has a doe foot applicator which makes it so easy to apply and it has a little hole in the middle which collects product making it so easy to put on and apply to your lips without having to keeping dipping it in to the tube every 2 seconds.

My thoughts on this product are all good! The first time i used this i wasn't expecting anything special but now this is my everyday go to lip product! This is so smooth when you first put it on your lips and feels not sticky at all which is great. They have the perfect amount of gloss to them and after a few hours they do start to go matte but with a quick touch up you can easy fix that. The pigmentation of this product is unbelievable the colour lasts almost all day for me and i can drink and eat and the colour will still be there. The colour i love isn't too bright either its like a deep pink but as it starts to fade it is a lovely colour almost similar to my lip colour but better.

Shade: 101 Celestial 

When applying this product one swipe across your lips would be enough as it is so pigmented but you could easy do more than one coat if you want to build up the colour which i sometimes do but i usually get away with just one coat and it looks great! 

I'm not very good at applying lip products as you can see!

Overall i would 100% recommend this product to a friend as it is just so good and i will be repurchasing this when i run out and i want to collect all shades and try them all out. That's all for today's blogpost, I'm really on a roll posting things lately I'm loving doing this so much!
