Bargain Ebay Finds!!

Hello Lovelies!!!
Its been so long since I wrote a blog post, I have been so busy with college I have just had no idea of what to write about but I'm back today with a post I'm super excited to share with you, so bare with this one might be a long one!

I have recently been obsessed with Ebay and watching peoples Ebay finds on you-tube, I decided to risk it and order a few bits off there and I'm so happy with the bits I have brought so I wanted to share them with you today! I will try and find the links for everything and post them on here so you can purchase these bits if you are interested!

The first thing I ordered was some make up brushes, I have brought some make up brushes of here previously and I love them, I have had them for over 2 years and they are still going strong so I thought I'd give it another go and try some more. The ones I brought were a pack of 20 and it includes mainly eye brushes and one foundation brush, unfortunately I don't have the full set to photograph as I have gifted some to my mum and nan some. I only paid £4.95 for these. Link here.

Overall I am so happy with these brushes they feel like such good quality, they are lovely and soft and gentle on the eyes and for the price even if they don't last long I really don't mind! Also the delivery was so good on these brushes they came sooner then what they said.

The next thing I purchased was some false stiletto nails, it was a pack of 600 and they are all different sizes, they came with a free nail glue which if I am honest was rubbish but the nails are such good quality and I love how these are clear so that I can paint them what ever colour or pattern I like. I have already done my nails a few time and I have done my mums and she was very impressed with them. The first time I wore these I had a lady I served at work asking me where i had got them done, lets just say she was very impressed when I told her I did them myself. These were a complete bargain at £4.95. Link here. These again came so quick, I ordered them on a Saturday night about 8pm and they were delivered to me on Monday.

The next item I brought i was very cautious about as I have never brought make up off Ebay before. I decided to buy the LA girl Pro concealer HD, I have heard so many good reviews about this foundation but I didn't know where i could buy it in the UK. I brought this in the lightest shade I think which is Porcelain, I didn't know what to expect when this arrived I only paid £3.50, Link here but i am super impressed this has now become my favourite concealer! It is such high coverage and so creamy and covers my blemishes so well, I honestly would recommend this to everyone.

My last 3 purchases I will probably have people moaning at me for buying this but I really wanted to just see what they were like. I decided to try some MAC lipsticks, I straight away knew these were fake as one was £2.99 and the other was £1.89  links here & here, so I didn't have high expectation. The first one to arrive was the £1.89 one which was supposed to be in the shade Please me, Well as you can tell from the pictures it is certainly not the same colour as what Please me is supposed to be, I would say this is pretty similar to MAC's amplify, this smells exactly what my other mac lipsticks smell like and when I apply this to my lips its so lovely and buttery and not drying at all so I am pretty happy with this lipstick even if it wasn't what I expecting. The packaging even feels the same as my others and the sticker on the bottom even looks pretty real (see pictures).

The next lipstick was not impressed by, when this arrived it felt fake and the sticker on the bottom showed me it clearly wasn't real. The colour is nothing like the picture, this was supposed to be in the shade Lovelorn but its nothing like what the actual colour is like. This lipstick has a very strange smell to it and it very dry, when I applied it to my had you really have to press quite hard in order for the colour to come out. I have not yet dared to try this on my lips but i would not recommend this one!

The last thing I ordered has to be my favourite of them all, this is the Too faced chocolate bar palette, I picked this up for only £4.69 including delivery, I really wasn't expecting much from this palette as it was so cheap but today it arrived and oh my god, i couldn't believe what i was seeing, its exactly the same as the actual chocolate bar palette, the box even had a serial number on it and looked real, the only give away is that the colours don't actually have the shade names on the inside but it has a little insert with it. This smells exactly like chocolate and the colours are so pigmented and creamy, I tried this out straight away on myself and then on my mum and we are both super impressed with it. Unfortunately I cant find the link for the one I purchased but I have managed to find one similar here. The only problem I have with this one is that the lid fell off when I opened it but I have managed to fix it.

So that's all my purchases! I have ordered some sunglasses and some other bits and pieces but they haven't arrived yet, if you want another blog post like this including the items I have brought let me know! I really enjoyed writing this post and buying all the items its made me want to get back into regular blogging! Let me know what you thought. My twitter is shelbsbeauty_

My Favourite Autumn Outfit

Hi Lovlies!
I finally braved it and went outside to take some blog picture outfits, this was the first time I've ever took outfit pictures outside and I felt so awkward and didn't know how to pose, my mum was my photographer for the day so that's why the pictures aren't the best!

I took a trip down to my local park and these are the pictures I took, sorry for the awkward posing

My coat is from primark and was only £25 which I think was such a bargain, I've had so many compliments and I've been told it's looks way more expensive. The fur trim is detachable so when it's warmer I take the fur off I think it's such a perfect colour for Autumn!

My jumper is my favourite part of the outfit and it's a grey role neck jumper from Topshop which was a little more on the expensive side at £38 but I think it's worth it, it is so soft and cosy and I know I will wear it so much through out Autumn and winter. I also paired the jumper with my red scarf from Topshop which I got last year and I think it was around £18 and it's super cosy. My black ripped jeans are from miss selfridge and I literally wear them all the time I think they were £36 and lastly my boots which are fro

Beauty And Clothing Haul

Hi Lovlies, so today was payday and I was in town, that's not a good mix I spent a lot! So I thought I'd put it in a blog post
Firstly I picked up this top from miss selfridge, I go to my one direction concert on Monday and thought this would be perfect, it was in the sale and was down from £25 to £20.
The next thing I picked up was possibly my favourite and was a complete bargain, I found this gem in tkmaxx for only £16.99!!! This retails in places such as Debenhams for £30 so I was super happy with this and I'm so excited to try out some looks no doubt there will be a blog post on this in the future.
The next two items I picked up I've been dying to try for ages these are the revlon colour burst lip crayons, these were on a 2 for £10 and I used my beauty points to pay for these, so they were basically free. I picked up the shade 225 sultry sulfureuse which is a matte shade and I'm already obsessed it's such a perfect shade for autumn and I can tell I'm going to get lots of wear out of this. The second is shade 145 ingenue which is a nude colour, I'm looking to do a post on this when I've tried them out a little more.
Another favourite purchase are these, all last winter I was after a pair of brown Chelsea boots and I couldn't find a nice pair anywhere, so this year when I came across these I nabbed them up these are from Debenhams and they are £29 but today they had 20% off and with my discount they worked quite cheap.
Lastly i picked up this coat and I love it, it's from Debenhams it's £75 but with my discount and the sale it was only £45 which to me is a complete bargain and it's so cosy and warm!
That's all I brought today but no doubt I'll be buying more over the next few weeks. Love Shelby x x

Autumn Copper Eye Look | Naked 2

HelÅ‚ lovelies! I have really be loving playing around with my eyeshadow so latlely as we are coming into the colder season, I love being able to wear heavier eyeshadow and not worry about it melting off my face.

The other morning I created this look and I was so happy with it I had to share it on my blog (I had to blur out my college name if you wondering why the lanyard round my neck is blurred) this look is inspired by Zoella saying copper colours look really nice with blue eyes so I tried it out and really thought it made my eyes pop!

Firstly I started off with covering my lid with lots of the shade called chopper which is the beautiful coppery orange colour, I also brought this down under my eye which I don't usually do but I think it looked so nice with this look and then I put the shade snakebite in my crease to add a little more depth, I'm so happy with how this turned out and I think I will be wearing this look a lot. I think it would look so nice with a dark vampy red lip my favourite to wear with this look is the Rimmel Kate Moss shade in 08 which is possibly my favourite lipstick ever! I am going to try and add a close up picture but I'm afraid it's not the best!

MUA Elysium Eyeshadow Palette | Review & Swatches

Hello Lovlies, right now as i write this for the second time I am so mad, I wrote this whole post out and when I went to save it blogger deleted it! Anyway today's blog post is a review on the MUA eyeshadow palette, I think MUA is such a underated brand it has such cheap makeup items which are all super high quality, this palette was only £4 and personally I think it is a dupe for the naked 3 pallet all the colours are super simalar and this is only a fraction of the price!

There is a mixture of matte and shimmery shades, I find that the shimmery shades don't have as much of a good if payoff as what the matte ones do, but with a good eyelid primer I find all this shades last me all day. As you can see I have a favourite and this is the shade charm I love this shade because it is the perfect matte and it is a lovely all over the lid shadow and can be worn anytime of the year.

I like to use the light shades like air and cherub as highlighter shades as they have a lovely glow to them. Down below you can see some swatches of the shades so you get a rough look of what they are like out of the pan. Personally I'm obsessed with the palette and for only £4 it's a complete bargain, I would recommend this to anyone if you are into pinky new shades!

Do you have a favourite MUA product? Let me know in the comments if you do.
